Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello there, I searched the internet a lot in the last few days and there is no solution.

 

I bought these devices:

HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop

 

Out-of-the-Box the HP Pen Control Plus App is installed. I start the app and try to connect my pen and it doesn't work.
I need the normal HP Pen Control App.

 

I download it from the Microsoft store and whenever I start the app, an error appears.

 

"Sorry, HP Pen Control is not compatible with this computer."

 

I updated everything from your website and it still doesn't work (and Windows updates).

 

 

AA of people are having these problems, so please give a general solution for everybody finding this in the future.
