Hello,

 

I need to retore the operating system of my HP Pavilion dv6500 but I don't have the recovery DVD.

Can I download an ISO of Windows Vista Home Premium OEMAct  somewhere?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, Windows Vista was never available for download.

 

You may be able to order Vista recovery media from this vendor at the link below, but you will need to enter your notebook's product number to get the right kit, because there are hundreds of dv6500 model variations.
