Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that.

I've never been asked to enter a recovery key when using the HP cloud recovery client in the past.

No, sorry, I'm still not doing the procedure with HP Cloud Recovery because I don't have the 32 gig USB flash drive yet. I will buy it tomorrow.
I'm trying to find a way to attempt a soft restore, but it asks me for the restore key which I never activated, I don't know what to do

But does BIT Locker activate automatically? When I configured the PC, I did not see this option. How do I find the Bit Locker?

HP Recommended

You turn or or turn off Bitlocker in Windows.

Since you can't get into Windows, you can't turn Bitlocker on or off.

Sometimes Bitlocker is triggered by certain events for some reason or another.

For example, I once updated the BIOS on my HP PC and after it restarted, I was greeted by the enter your Bitlocker recovery key.

I had no clue what that was, but I remember that when I first set up the notebook, I had to create a Microsoft account and it asked me if I wanted to export the Bitlocker recovery key to my Microsoft account, so not thinking anything about it, I selected 'yes.'

I'm glad I did.

I was able to recover the Bitlocker key to get back into Windows and then I turned Bitlocker off and I don't even recall turning it on.

Crazy.

I still haven't attempted recovery with the USB key because I still hope to be able, but I don't know how, to recover the data.
From command prompt I typed the following commands:
diskpart
sel disk 0
list vol
In the picture you can see that the system does not recognize the C disk partition. Partition that is normally NTFS while in this case it is unknown
In the attached photos you can see the damaged PC and in the other photo an intact PChp ZBook Fury 15.6 inch G8 - Windows 10 PRO - Diskpart OK.pnghp ZBook Fury 15.6 inch G8 - Windows 10 PRO - DiskPart ER.jpeg

Can this be of any help?

And, looking closer, the Windows label is also missing.
... Mystery ...

Yes, I see what you mean.

It appears that almost the entire drive has been erased.

952 GB of nothing.

I don't know how it would be possible to recover any data from the drive.
