Hi a while back I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 from windows 7 and it worked fine at first. Eventually though it started acting up and I wanted to go back to Windows 7 but by this point in time I couldn't roll back to Windows 7. After looking around online I found that HP has a list of supported products that use windows 10 and I realized that my laptop wasn't on there. Which is why I couldn't update any drivers on the device which I assume is the problem that is causing the system to act up. I realize this is a little everywhere but bare with me it's little early when Im typing this.

Sorry, but HP does not make any Win10 drivers for your model laptop. I know because I have a similar model but it's been working fine with the drivers that MS installed when I upgraded it to Win10 a while back.
