A have an HP Probook which I mistakenly formated the hard disk and now I'm having a problem with installing a new operating system. Can I know how to create a boot device and also install a new operating system?

See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery client utility.

 

It should be if it is a Probook G3 or newer.
