Recently I installed linux along with my windows 10, so It was a dual-boot system, And now I needed to delete The linux OS, so I formatted the partition that only linux was installed on (windows 10 is on a different partition), and after restarted my pc , it shows that operating system not found, and I think that MBR is damaged, so I plugged in my windows 10 bootable usb and configured bios to boot from it but still then it goes back to the same screen operating system not found.

When you installed Linux in the dual-boot setup, you automatically modified the boot partition so that it booted into the Linux partition so you could get a GRUB menu and then choose the OS you wanted to run.
Problem is, if you just then removed the Linux partition(s), you left the GRUB code intact.
A QUICK way to fix this, presuming you have a working PC, is to the following: Macrium Reflect is a free tool that can be used to image and restore PCs, but it also has an option to create Rescue Media (in disk or USB form) that can then be used to Repair your PC.
It is available from here: http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx
What I recommend is the following:
a) Download and install Macrium Reflect (MR)
b) Use the option to create a boot USB stick or CD
c) Boot your PC from the MR media and select the option to repair the Windows Boot
When done, reboot your PC and it should boot automatically into Windows.

I tried but even when I select boot from usb, it goes to the same screen operating system not found,
First it says
Initializing and establishing a link...
Then
PXE-E61: Media test failure , check cable.
PXE-M0F: Exiting intel boot agent.
And then
Operating system not found with some blah blah blah ..
Please Help , I am locked out of my pc.
