I created the recovery media and going factory reset pressing F9 Function key and after that the preparation of installation was completed like partitioning, copying the file  and extracting the file is going correctly  but in the installation mode of the software system rebooted 3 time and after the 3rd reboot  it's going failed so I will ordered HP cloud recovery media from HP store and on that cases it's also failed with the same issue so please help to resolve my issues of notebooks so I can install the software properly and uses correctly
