My stream 14 laptop says "Boot Device Not Found please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk <3F0> ???? I NEED HELP FAST PLEASE!
I just got this laptop from an individual over a week ago and I still haven't been able to use it. I just need a factory reset to everything defaulted and I'm good.

The drive may be no good.
You may want to run the F2 diagnostics program and make sure the drive is OK.
If the drive is OK, here is how you can factory reset the notebook:
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
Your PC's product number is: 9VK97UA#ABA
