Your notebook came with FreeDOS, but it will support Windows 10 64 bit.

You will need to supply your own W10 product key.

 

Below is the link to the driver page for your notebook:

 

You will notice that only W10 64-bit drivers are offered as an option.

Hi:

 

Yes, you can install W10 64 bit on your notebook and you can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
