Product: Hp ENVY x360 convertible 15-bp1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mijn touchpad werkte eerst niet meer en heb ik een fabriekherstelling gedaan en daarna en dat lukte niet heb ik met hp online met hulp op afstand gewerkt en zei me dat ik een iso bestand moest downloaden en deze met een flashdrive opzetten op de pc . Maar in die tijd heb ik een herstel gedaan via de site van hp zelf en pc is dan stil gevallen
