Hello, I'm having issues with my order.

 

Last night, I ordered a customized laptop. My pending payment was approved and I was immediately charged, but the order wasn't successfully processed. My order is still in the cart. My order status wasn't emailed either. I believed it got interrupted after accidentally refreshing the browser while the order was processing.

 

A help from HP team would be great.
