I have been attempting to reach a person for two days. My harddrive failed so I replaced it. Unfortunately I was unable to make a recovery drive. I have tried to order the Media Recovery USB several times from 8/28-8/30. Every time I would submit my credit card info, it would take me back to the original order screen. I even tried a different credit card. Since I had trouble, I found a local HP repair center who took care of my issue. I never received any email indicating I placed an order. Now I have 3 pending charges on each of the 2 credit cards. I do not need the 6 USBs. Since the orders didn't complete, the pending charges may be removed automatically. If not, please cancel the orders and reverse the charges. Thanks. Have a blessed day!

Sorry, but we have no access at all to customer records or HP financials.
You would have to either get these cancelled through the credit card companies (which is what I would do), or you have to contact HP Customer Support directly -- and since you are in the U.S. there is no phone contact available for that.
