Hi I tried to format and delete Windows 8 from my HP Stream 14-z000nl and install Windows 10, however having a very small memory, there is no more space to do anything (free 300 mb). A few months ago I had read somewhere that this laptop came out of the factory with a dedicated and light version of Windows, I would like to understand how I should look for it, if it exists, or alternatively which version of windows do you recommend, or if I can do something about the memory to expand it.
Thank you very much
Daniele

Hi, Daniele:
To the best of my knowledge, your PC came with a standard version of W8.1.
See if the suggestions I provided in this discussion are of help to you.

Since your notebook came with W8.1, if you are asked to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.
