Original windows version

I get the feeling I’m using a counterfeit version of windows after buying the notebook from someone secondhand. It shows a product key in the windows version it has installed but I can’t update it and microsoft kept throwing me around when i selected ‘update to windows 11’ or ‘check if your laptop is compatible with win 11’. Now it keeps showing ‘try again later’. Is there a way of getting the original windows version back? I don’t mind losing the files i have on the notebook since i only started using it about two weeks ago.

Let me check your current system configuration before we talk about "Windows" ...

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

(1) Your product number (p/n) 4YW48AV is not supported by HP Cloud Recovery, so you need to use official Windows Setup.

(2) The Windows key is stored in BIOS and is read automatically during installation.

(3) To install Windows 11 follow offical HP Guide for <HP ZBook 15u G6 Base Model Mobile Workstation>
