Product: Pavilion G4S 1303au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have Windows 7 os dvd but I'm unable to upgrade 32 bit to 64 bit actually I don't know how to do

Hi:

 

You can't upgrade from a 32 bit OS to a 64 bit OS.

 

You will need to back up any files you want to reinstall and have any program installation disks/product keys to reinstall.

 

Then boot from the W7 64 bit installation media and then select the 'Custom' install option, and install W7.

 

Use the W7 product key on your notebook's case to activate the installation.

 

Once the installation is completed you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
