I have windows 10 32 bit activeted windows and now i have to upgrade it to 64 bit how i can do without losing my activation

Hi:

 

In order to install a 64 bit operating system, you must clean install it and reinstall all of your programs and files.

 

You will need another PC to create the 64 bit installation media with the Media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After you get past the Install Now screen, select the version of W10 64 bit that was activated when you upgraded to W10 32 bit.

 

Then you will be asked to enter a product key.

 

Select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 64 bit will install an automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
