Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello ! I have an HP Pavilion Laptop - 17-g063ur (ENERGY STAR). the hard drive died and i bought and installed ssd hp s700 pro. after which I created an installation flash

drive using Microsoft. I have included legacy support in the BIOS. when booting, I selected f9 and selected my Yusb media, but when trying to install the system, after a while, vertical white stripes appear on an orange background. the cursor at the top left flashes.

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool

 

Maintenance and Service Guide  (HP Pavilion Notebook 17 Models 17-g000f)

 

NOTE:   HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion
