HP Recommended

It is a brand new laptop and its overheating. even i have not done any heavy tasks in it.

 

Can any one suggest me .. should i replace it 

 

Its i5 .. 12th gen

If the PC is overheating within an hour and is hot to the touch, This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue
