Product: HP ProBook 445 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4L393AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I currently am using an HP Probook with 64gb RAM. New system. But am getting a series of errors that I am not sure what to do with. First, the fans will occasionally quit working. The bottom also gets  increasingly hot. And, from time to time, I get a Windows blue screen that requires a full reboot. HP support had me reinstall the operating system, Windows 11 Pro 24H2. I don't understand how reinstalling the OS would fix a system that was overheating. I am waiting of HP support for additional details. I am wondering whether  there are other owners of this laptop that are having these problems.
