Hello. I have a computer equipped with Hp Victus 16 4050ti 7840hs.I'm having an overheating problem after updating the Bios.
I bought it in January 2024. But I started to regret the day I bought it. Because about 3 months after I bought it, I started to experience loss of performance and thought that the problem was caused by me, so I used it for another 3 months. On my 181st day, I applied for warranty. Technical Service detected a Motherboard Failure and replaced my computer's motherboard. I accepted this situation and received my computer 19 days later. They delivered it in a state where most of the screws were not tightened and maintenance was not done carefully. I went home and after using it for about 2.5 months with both heat and sound problems, I saw that I had a Bios update. I immediately updated my bios. This time, when I entered the game, I noticed that it reached 99C. (MY SETTINGS ARE IN PERFORMANCE MODE, I USE MY COMPUTER ON THE COOLER).
How do I solve this problem? I'm tired of messing around with this computer. Valaront in-game temperature values are minimum 95C°, please help me now, otherwise I will break the computer and throw it away.
