After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have Full-size island-style backlit keyboard installed on the PC.

Here is the part no: L37682-001 TOP CVR DAS WITH KEYBOARD BL DAS PVCY US and this part number is universal it can be found on online shopping site: https://www.myfixguide.com/store/keyboard-for-spectre-13-ap0013dx-l37681-001/
