Hi,when I switched off my PC it was working properly but upon turning on the laptop I am left with a black background with the words
HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS UEFI

Hard Drive Check
Language
Exit.
I visited the website and have tried to click exit but the problem hasn't been resolved. I tried memory test and it passed but when I tried a hard drive test, it shows me "SMART Check and Short DST" were not installed. I need this PC to work for my upcoming projects
Please I need help urgently.
