17” HP Envy laptop. Model 17t-n100. Windows 10.

Have been running flawlessly, this morning I got a message in the system tray, I think it was from Malwarebytes that it need to restart computer, so I had it restart. After restart, my PC couldn’t successfully load and had “choose your keyboard layout” then troubleshooting options, that none of them has worked. I’ve tried also the 3 recommendations in other posts, no avail. BIOS copies and updates.IMG_7799.jpegIMG_7801.jpegIMG_7804.jpegIMG_7805.jpegIMG_7807.jpegIMG_7813.jpegIMG_7814.jpegIMG_7819.jpegIMG_7821.jpegIMG_7822.jpegIMG_7836.jpegIMG_7837.jpegIMG_7838.jpeg

It looks like there are problems. Your laptop's Windows OS installation is toast.

I suggest removing the disk, putting it in a usb enclosure or a desktop PC to save the data you want to keep.

Once that is done, download a Windows 10 OS and create a recovery USB flashdrive.

Format the hard disk or put in a compatible SSDD and install Windows 10 and install your desired software.

Here is a link to the create a recovery drive tutorial at the Microsoft website.

The Windows 10 activation key is on the Microsoft activation key servers and should activate as soon a you go online.

Malwarebytes is not something I ever use and that is for a reason.

I have ESET SmartSuite installed and have used it for perhaps ten years.
