Hi,
I bought my laptop about a year ago and everything was fine.
One day at school I wanted to use my laptop but it won't start.
There's a blue screen saying that my PC couldn't turn off properly.
When I close it and try to start it again there's another blue screen saying that my
computer is trying to restart properly but at the end it fail.
I tried to remove the battery and press the option 'Enter to try again' but anything work.
My laptop have this problem now since a few days and i don't know what to do.
I can't access to anything because of the blue screen message saying to contact a support person
with the code DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (rtwlane.sys)
