I want to boot from a CD or USB key on the HP Notebook - 15-bw012nf

In BIOS UEFI ;  J have set "secure boot" on disable , J have set Legacy support on enable .

In Legacy boot order , j put the CD and the key in first position

But j can't boot from CD or USB Key

Please look at my bios in the attachments

What to do with TPM device  or other device  in BIOS IMG_20230903_142700.jpgIMG_20230903_142723.jpgIMG_20230903_142737.jpgIMG_20230903_142750.jpg please ?

Hi:

I don't believe that the notebook will automatically boot from any other device but the hard drive no matter what boot order you set.

You want to install Windows in UEFI mode so you can enable secure boot, which means booting from one of the UEFI boot sources you see the screenshot you posted (UEFI USB DVD, or USB Diskette on Key/USB hard disk).

To boot from an external device have it ready.

Turn on or restart the PC.

Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the UEFI device you want to boot from and press the Enter key.

The PC should boot from that device.
