        https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06097492

 

Can you access to your machine after that ?

 

(a) If yes, you can re-install Windows 10 using ISO file from

 

      https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

 You then mount ISO file to install Windows 10  REMEMBER tick a box to keep all users data/files and programs.

 

(b) If No, create installation media (USB/DVD) and use it to install Windows 10 REMEMBER tick a box to keep all users data/files and programs.
