I don't speak English, but I really need help so I'll leave my problem maybe a little poorly translated and in Spanish
Hi, today on my Pavilion 15-CW1003la PC they installed a Kingston Notebook 8gb 2400Mhz Ddr4 PC4-19200 Sodimm Ram Memory in the second slot, to have 16gb of ram. During the morning everything went well, I plugged the PC into the power, connected my external memory and there was no problem. When night came I plugged my PC into the power again and connected the external memory and my computer turned off, which seemed very strange to me because it worked all day, so I turned it back on and tried to connect the external memory again, this time my computer did not turn off but started to sound in a very strange and unpleasant way, so I unplugged the external memory. I have tried connecting the external memory without the computer being connected to the power and nothing has happened, it has not turned off or made any annoying noise. I have also connected my cell phone and my computer has also turned off. I have tried connecting the external memory to another computer and no problem has arisen. It does not seem to be a problem with the USB input since it does not generate problems when connecting a pendrive or a mouse, I even updated the USB drivers just in case but nothing has worked. My external memory is a Western Digital Elements 2TB.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.
