HP Recommended

I tried downloading the most recent update and then my laptop for into an updating & resetting loop. I entered into troubleshoot mode but it won't let me reset. It keeps saying there was a problem resetting. I've tried all of the troubleshoot options but nothing is working. And every time I try to restart it just gets caught up in the loop.
