I'm getting constant blue screen errors and noticed the following items in Device Manager all with yellow exclamation marks. Unable to update drivers as it says Windows cannot find drivers. Any ideas? I've done DISM and SFC Scannow.

Hi:
You need this driver to install one of the PCI Data...Controllers and the PCI memory controller...
This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101171.exe
In order for me to give you the right driver for the second instance of the PCI Data...Controller and probably the Unknown device, I need to know what model Intel processor your notebook has.
There is nothing wrong with the TPM 2.0 security device.
That's not a question (?) mark, that is a 'key' icon indicating 'security.'

You're very welcome.
Is the Unknown device still needing a driver?
If so, please post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what driver it needs.

I doubt that the unknown device is causing the latest build of W10 from installing.
You can try these other two methods to install W10:
1. Click on the blue Update Now button at the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
2. Make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the above link.
You will need an 8 GB USB flash drive for this.
After the tool creates the USB installation drive, open it in Windows Explorer, and click on the Setup application file on the list, and see if W10 will update that way.

Hi i've tried to update Windows 10 from the blue Update now button. The first time failed and the blue screen error was "System thread exception not handled". I tried again and got the error "IRQL not less or equal"? I'm also getting NTFS.sys errors

Hi:
Unfortunately, I have no idea why that is happening.
If you don't have a lot of personal files and programs you installed, you may want to try clean installing W10 21H2 by using the bootable USB media and see if that works.
You can also use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook, and then you can try upgrading to the latest build of W10 again.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
