Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently updated my notebook to Windows 10 Anniversary edition and I noticed that the PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller drivers are missing. I have also  been receiving the DPC Watchdog Violation blue screen and I don't know if it's related. The blue screen occurs when I am watching Youtube videos.

You need this driver for the PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller.

 

This package provides the Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface (TXE) Driver for the supported notebook models running a supported operating system. The Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface enables the Secure Boot and provides services required for platform security features such as Intel Platform Trust Technology (Intel PPT).

Unfortunately, I don't know what the other issue could be, and can't be of help with that.
