Hi,
I have reloaded Windows 7 onto my work laptop. All hardware driver issues resolved apart from one.
Please can you tell me where to get the drivers for the following hardware :-
PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller
Hardware IDs
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1537&SUBSYS_82F6103C&REV_00
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1537&SUBSYS_82F6103C
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1537&CC_108000
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1537&CC_1080
I have tried the HP support/downloads. Nothing obvious to download.

Thank you

Hi:
You need this driver, that I have zipped up and attached below...
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager and click on the PCI E/D Controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab.
Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.

Hi Paul,
Unfortunately this has not worked for me.
I receive the following error message :-
"Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device.
Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it.
AMD PSP 1.0 Device
The system cannot find the file specified."
Thanks
Victor
