Doesn't the W8.1 graphics driver from your PC's support page work?   It should.

 

Intel Graphics Driver for Bay Trail

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp70001-70500/sp70024.exe

 

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted...
