I have just completed a full reinstall of Windows 10.
Device Manager shows that I am missing 3 PCI device drivers that it cannot locate. See attached screen grab below. This may be an issue linked to continuing Blue Screen of Death fault. The devices are...
Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D31&SUBSYS_84F7103C&REV_21\3&11583659&0&A2 requires further installation.
Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&SUBSYS_84F7103C&REV_01\00000001004CE00000 requires further installation.
Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D21&SUBSYS_84F7103C&REV_21\3&11583659&0&FA requires further installation.
Where can I get hold of these drivers?

Hi:
You need these drivers for those devices...
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D31 & PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D21
This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver for supported notebook models and operating systems. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96814.exe
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A:
This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

Hi Paul
So when I ran the executables I got a pop up saying that the drivers were not compatible with my OS which was confusing.
However I went into each instance in Device Manager and updated the driver, pointing towards the installed directories in the SW folder and it has removed the warnings from Device Manager so I guess this is a win. If there are any further issues I will post here.
For now, thanks for the help!
