You're very welcome.

I did not see the driver for that device on your notebook's support page--even for W11.

I found it on the Microsoft Update Catalog website, zipped it up and attached it below:

You will need to manually install the driver since there is no executable file in the folder.

Download and unzip the file I attached to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

To manually install the driver, go to the device manager, click on the PCI serial port needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted.

Hi Paul,

Thank a lot ...after unzipping the attached file and installed manually my 1 week problem was solved. but another problem comes Intel Sensor on device manager. I copy the Hardware ID to Search bar to look for solution, and I have seen same problem like me in this Community and you also provide the device driver, after installation now the device manager is OK.

Again many thanks and God bless you.

Hi:

You need this driver for that device:

Intel Innovation Platform Framework

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp154001-154500/sp154497.exe

You should be able to just double-click to run the file to install the driver.

Here's a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:

[Manufacturer]
%INTEL% = INTEL,NTamd64.10.0...17763,NTamd64.10.0...22621

[INTEL.NTamd64.10.0...17763]

%IdttManager.DeviceDesc% = IpfAcpi,ACPI\INTC10A0
%IdttGeneric.DeviceDesc% = IpfAcpi,ACPI\INTC10A1
%IdttFan.DeviceDesc% = IpfAcpi,ACPI\INTC10A2
%IdttPch.DeviceDesc% = IpfAcpi,ACPI\INTC10A3
%IdttPower.DeviceDesc% = IpfAcpi,ACPI\INTC10A4
%IdttBattery.DeviceDesc% = IpfAcpi,ACPI\INTC10A5
