I have always used the fingerprint to log in to my laptop. Now, it says that the PIN is required. I have no idea why. I do not know what my PIN is. I don't ever even recall creating one. I don't have the password. I am sure I had it at one time, but since the fingerprint always worked, I don't have it anywhere. Why won't it accept my fingerprint anymore? Why can't I reset or create a PIN? My laptop right now is a piece of junk since I can't access it in any way. I am very frustrated. Please help!
