Hello everyone, 

I ran a wrong command and it changed my login password, I have a HP Probook 450 g6 and it does not display any type of code after entering the incorrect password three times. A message displays "System Locked Press the power button to restart the system."

I've read a few articles about removing the CMOS battery, which it doesn't have, and I'm not able to access the BIOS or any startup menu so I can't boon from a USB to utilize any software tools. 

 

I'm lost and not sure what to do anymore, any help would be greatly appreciated.

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
