Hallo, 

My new laptop was hacked Whoever did changed my microsoft accounts and added another laptop. He went on to operate all my gadgets. I recovered a hidden drive in one of my DVD port on my old laptop 

Now I need assistance to reset password. My privacy settings were changed and my fingerprint was removed. I sm unable to use key disk drive and I do not remember security words.
