I haven’t used this product in a couple years & ive forgotten my password. I’m just wondering & hoping someone can help me! Please...!!

Those of us who do not work for HP can only provide general guidelines for recovering your password. 

 

I would guess, due to the nature of this type of computer, that you are using a Microsoft account and password as your login.  

 

Solution:

Microsoft Account – Password Reset

When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account

 

Guidelines

Locked out of your computer?

 

Finally:

You have to option to take the computer to a licensed Microsoft technician.  Licensed Microsoft technicians can legally (and successfully) help you regain access to your computer.  Be prepared to provide proof of ownership.
