Hello all,

Please help! My number keypad stops working in Windows, both 10 and 11. My Pavilion came with Windows 10, and I did a clean factory reset.  HP Support Assistance detected the BIOS needed an update, and I went along with it only to find out my number keypad no longer works. I continued on to upgrade to Windows 11, hoping this would solve my problem. But, no such luck!

  • Is there a hyperlink to HP website that allows me to pick and choose BIOS updates based on my experience with the Pavilion 15-CS3063CL? I don't want to rely on HP Support Assistance; after all, it's the cause of my whole problem (I think),
  • Or, if you know of other working solutions to my problem, I would be greatly appreciated it.
