Product: HP Pavilion Aero 13.3 inch Laptop PC 13-be0000 (3B3W4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently I've been facing a keyboard issue with my laptop Aero 13.

It suddenly stops functioning during my Google meet call and working with multiple software for my job.

Every time I get the issue, I need to restart like more than 5times a day.

OS should be Windows 11, 8GB memory and 512GB ssd.

HP help center agent and myself did update/uninstall & reinstall keyboard from Device manager tab , however, it seems getting worse day by day.

Does this keyboard issue happens because of operating multiple softwares and systems at same time? I cannot restart to keep working practically.

HP support in my country, Japan cannot help me further since purchased  my laptop overseas. It's under warranty in Malaysia only, they said.... What else I can do by myself to fix this keyboard issue?! Please help.Thank you in advance.
