I can't install OS on my notebook. Back then there was win7x64 But suddenly it was unable to load.
I can not choose the boot device, because when i go to legacy boot the bios got crashed like in this post ( https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/Pavilion-17-e101ed-black-screen-after-UEFI-bo... ). I've recovered bios via Win+b flash boot. now when I'm loading the next message appears
"Boot Device Not Found
Please install an operating system on your hard disk.
Hard Disk (3F0)
F2 System Diagnostics
For more information please visit..... hp.com"
I have already changed HDD on a new one.
Is there any solution or my motherboard go wrong and it has to be replaced?

Hi
The list....
Wrong type of Hard Drive, SSD not supported.
Wrong type of Hard Drive, too large a capacity.
Wrong type of file structure MBR / GPT
Wrong choice of Secure / Legacy boot to match the OS (W10 Secure / W7 Legacy)
Wrong choice of BIOS file.
Corrupt BIOS file.
etc etc.
Would you like to mark this thread as SOLVED?

Hi
There usually needs to be a Match.
Legacy and MBR
Secure and GPT
From either the C:\ or the X:\ prompt try the following
cd boot
bootrec /FixMBR
bootrec /FixBoot
bootrec /RebuildBCD
If the above FAILS then please try:-

If in doubt please ask.

Hi
So boot from that and install W10.
Windows 10 prefers Secure Boot, so switch back to Secure Boot and try again, unless there is some reason for Legacy Boot you have not mentioned.
and a HOW2 is here...

The problem is that i can't enter legacy mode. My note just blackscrenned eve the light dont shows up. Just fan spinning and nothing more. After that I need to recover bios. Else I can't do a thing with him. In UEFI mode it didn't recognize usb nor cd boot. Just blank screen of selecting boot device.

Hi
So let's start with Make Model and OS?
I've recovered bios via Win+b flash boot.
That's not likely to be accurate, the Win + B method usually recovers the BIOS from a locally stored backup.
Do you mean re-installed / re-flashed BIOS?
If so what/which BIOS did you use and from where?
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors) | F.37 | 7.0 MB | Mar 18, 2013 | Download |
and not the UEFI update (HP BIOS Update UEFI 2.2.0.0 Rev. A 1.2 MB Mar 10, 2011)?

When you fit a new drive, it needs to recognised by the BIOS, and then formatted.

That's the bios I've downloaded, then installed it on usb and bring notebook back to life after it was blackscreenned
