hi guys i have a Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eh0000  that upgraded to windows 11 and then bitlocker told me my drive was encrypted! How do I do a factory reset, bearing in mind I cant boot into windows and the advanced options (reset etc) don't work due to the c drive being encrypted?

id there a key (F key) I can use for factory reset? (tried F11 and because the drive is encrypted it doesn't work, also cant reset with a download from the web because I cant connect to the internet.
