Product: Pavilion X2 Detachable

My X2 is defying ALL attempts to complete a factory reset, using any of the built in Windows options. (Full wipe/Keep data/etc) . After kicking off a "reset" it sits there for  a length of time (10 minutes plus) saying "gathering data" or "resetting PC:  x%" 

 

And then fails with a "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made" error message. 

 

Any suggestions apprecaited.
