So i have had this laptop for a little under 3 years now and just tonight when i booted it up for work i got an error screen that read something about “CMOS” it then cut away from that screen into the normal log in screen, i had it plugged in and entered my information, it opened up to my desktop before shutting back off (it loves to do this when it has been off for a bit and i turn it on when plugged in, it’s at 1%-4% but pretends like it dies) but this time the screen just went black, not like a power off black because i can still see backlight and the power button light is on but now it is stuck on this screen and im worried im going to lose everything. I disconnected the power supply and am seeing if itll turn itself off because i cant manually turn it off in this state, if anyone could clue me in on what im dealing with or if there is a quick fix i would appreciate it.
