*** Before I begin, for some reason, I couldn't reply from Firefox. I had to try a few times to log in. when I got it eventually and tried replying to a post, it kept saying, "No response was received from server". Anyway, I now am posting from Chrome.
Anyway, I put the screen captures of the devices:
https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1kFzgEqK7lSkiQlWN0L3zIrZYFwhV-1fK
And, yes I got the drivers from the linked HP driver site.
Thanks.

Could you just copy/paste the hardware IDs here in text / plain text ?
The link you provided asks me to login with Google account which I don't have. Or share without the need to login. Thank you.

Could you go to Control Panel -> System
And there you will see the Windows 7 version installed. Can you provide me with the Windows 7 version, edition and if it is 32-bit or 64-bit, the one currently installed ... Thanks

With regards to the installation of the network adapters, please download and install 7-zip on the computer
Download these 2:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54001-54500/sp54121.exe
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp53501-54000/sp53680.exe
Right click then, choose 7-zip, choose to "Extract to "spxxx"" to extract the files into respective folders sp54121 and sp53680
Go to Device Manager, find the device which is currently unknown like for the Ethernet
Right click it and choose to update driver
Choose the method to browse the computer and select the respective sp5xxxx folder
54121 is for the LAN/Ethernet adapter Atheros
53680 is for the Intel software
Make sure "Include subfolders" option is selected.

Let me know if these installed this way.

I already tried that - both automatically and manually (as you can infer from my earlier postings). Note that it's not connected to the internet, so I or the computer can only search C:\swsetup\SPxxxx directories to update the drivers. All efforts failed.
Since all network hardware used to work before I upgrade OS and make a USB boot drive - unsuccessfully, I don't believe it's the hardware issue, but not sure.

I know what you posted initially. Pardon the repetition but asked to confirm with you that you installed this exactly after the link was provided.

Hi, @YJK
I would try the driver directly from Intel for the Centrino 1030 wifi adapter...If I can count correctly, the 5th one down on the list for W7 x64.
For the ethernet, try the driver from Lenovo. 1st one at the top of the page...
