Hi
I replace my hard disk from HDD to SSD but there was no change in the performance of Windows (Especially speed).
I find that my bios ver is " HP F.07 3/31/2011" that is too old for change to UEFI, so is my laptop have update for bios ? if not, how to setup new windows 10 without UEFI ?
Note: Ram is upgraded from 4G to 12G.
Thanks

Yes, the PC is too old to have UEFI instead of BIOS.
Unlike with your PC, I replaced the HDD in my DV6 with an SDD and immediately noticed an increase in performance. So, I have no idea why yours is not performing better.
When you create Win10 install media, is usually installs OK in a BIOS PC -- at least, that has been my experience. So, it is not the lack of UEFI mode that is the issue.
