Hello,

 

Model: KS354EAABZ

 

It seems like i can't find the driver page for this pc.

Tried to search by serial, model nç, model name but I find nothing.

I also tried to search with the automatic identify, but it gets me to this page, but if I try to select a different OS it does nothing.

 

How can i solve this?

 

I need the chipset driver and this one which I can think is the webcam since it's not working.

Hi:

 

You can't find the drivers because HP retires support for PC's that are more than 10 years old.

 

Your notebook is a HP PAVILION DV6787EL ENTERTAINMENT NOTEBOOK PC, which has an Intel 965 chipset.

 

Here is the W7 Intel chipset driver for that model chipset.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp52001-52500/sp52355.exe

 

I have no idea where you are going to get the  unknown USB device driver from.

 

If it was the camera, it should have some kind of hardware ID associated with it.
