on the official website of the Hp driver only up to version 1909. on the InteL website, the search also did not lead to a result. 😞
has anyone faced this problem?

Hi:
I believe that device is installed by the Intel chipset installation utility.
This is the latest driver that Intel has for the chipset installation utility...10.1.18793.8276 June 30, 2021
Chipset INF Utility (intel.com)
According to the release notes from the driver directly from intel, it does support your notebook's processor and chipset version.
I have attached them below.

hi Paul.
thanks for the answer. downloaded the latest drivers for the chipset from the link you dropped. after installation, the error, unfortunately, did not go away.
It still drops out at intervals of 3 or 4 times per hour. and maybe more if the system is accessing an Nvidia graphics card.
Hopefully, by the next windows 20H2 update, intel will also release updates to the chipset.
in general, it is surprising that although it is written in the description that this processor family and chipset supports it, it still falls into an error. Could it be a conflict between the latest Nvidia drivers and the latest Intel drivers?
