Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs0033tx

Notebook charging port LED (white) always blinks 5 times, pause (about 3 secs) and repeat continuously even when the notebook is completely power-down and charging adapter is un-plugged. 

 

I always encountered blue screen with the message 'This device detected some problem and need to re-start...' error mesage. Sometimes the notebook has to be re=booted a few times before it successfully become stable. 

 

I have run the HP PC HW Diagnostics Windoes 2.2.0.0 for Computer Test, Drevice Check and UEFI Diagnostics and no issues found. 

 

In anyway, the LED blinks is always there.
