Microsoft Windows 11

Product: HP pavillion aero 13/512 GB SSD/16 GB RAM/ AMD Ryzen 5000.

Issue as on 27th Feb 2013: Started my day as usual and by evening low battery notification started popping, soon after that connected the HP charger. Notification stopped for a while. Since there was no notification for next 15 min or so, I left it for charging. Retured after approximately 45 min to realize the battery never budged from some 9% remaining. Primarily the battery never got charged. I reconnected the charger thinking some loose connection, but to no avail. Low battery notofications went on a rampage. wont allow me to stay put for even 10 seconds.

This led me to uninstall the battery drivers from device manager, and also to save my pending work. Within next 8 to 10 min, I restarted the system, everything looked fine at least till the time it was fully on.

Reconnected the charger, just to realize that its on some energy saving mode, hence no charging and low battery notifications are back in action. In addition to that, wifi (network) went missing. Not sure what exactly was going on.

By around 11:30PM IST, had to close the laptop and attend to the problem the next day.

Come 28th Feb 2023: Connected the charger without switching the laptop. Nothing was happening in terms of charging. Eventually I believe the battery went out completely, thinking its really a bad day.

I connected the charger just to realize the laptop is now charging at least from the orange led indicator. After almost 2 hrs, I tried switching on the laptop, thinking at least the battery is somewhat charged, and I may not face any of those issues mentioned above.

Little did I know, I was in for a major shock. I was welcomed with "Critical process died" and it goes from one state to another and windows recovery and finally UEFI settings, which asks me various options to exercise. And going thru each of those options after watching HP trouble shoot videos on you tube, didnt make any sense. I never got those options as mentioned in the video tutorials. It would pop up one or the other failure reasons.

Eventually. I thought of using HP cloud recovery option from my desktop (not HP make). Well it redirects the user to microsoft store, but won't let me download anything to create a recovery drive.

After multiple tries and after almost 48 hrs, I resorted to downloading windows 11 from microsoft on a bootable pendrive.

Was able to install it back on the aero 13 laptop, just to realize that most of the things that I used to have are no longer there.

Now I have a fine dead machine which is around 8 months old.

Need help in fixing the issue
